All REALTORS® must hold a Primary membership with a board of their choice. If you’d like to access additional local benefits, you can join another Association through Secondary membership. For those who already have a Primary membership elsewhere and only need MLS access, an MLS-Only subscription is also available.
PRIMARY
Includes the following memberships:
- BCS Association of REALTORS®
- Texas REALTORS®
- National Association of REALTORS®
MLS subscriptions may be added during the application.
If joining as a REALTOR®, the sponsoring Broker must also have an active Primary or Secondary membership.
SECONDARY
Includes local membership with BCSRAOR.

Includes BCS MLS subscription.

Non-Licensed Assistant Applications
Have an assistant? BCSRMLS offers MLS access to non-licensed assistants. With this access, assistants will be able to enter and maintain a broker or agent's listings under their profile.

FOR NON-LICENSED ASSISTANTS
THERE IS NO APPLICATION FEE FOR NON-LICENSED ASSISTANTS
Assistant dues are a flat annual fee of $25, regardless of when you join during the year.
This membership status is intended for personal assistants or admins. They cannot hold an active Real Estate License.

Annual Membership Dues Policy
Members who were members of the Association during the previous membership year and whose dues were paid for that year are required to pay the full annual dues for NAR and Texas REALTORS® upon renewal.
BCS Association of REALTORS® dues will be prorated based on the member’s join or renewal date, as applicable.
Please note that the NAR and Texas REALTORS® portions of membership dues are not prorated and must be paid in full, regardless of the time of year a member rejoins the Association.
