All REALTORS® must hold a Primary membership with a board of their choice. If you’d like to access additional local benefits, you can join another Association through Secondary membership. For those who already have a Primary membership elsewhere and only need MLS access, an MLS-Only subscription is also available.
PRIMARY
Includes the following memberships:
- BCS Association of REALTORS®
- Texas REALTORS®
- National Association of REALTORS®
MLS subscriptions may be added during the application.
If joining as a REALTOR®, the sponsoring Broker must also have an active Primary or Secondary membership.
SECONDARY
Includes local membership with BCSRAOR.
MLS subscriptions may be added during the application.

MLS-ONLY
Includes BCS MLS subscription.
If joining as a REALTOR®, the sponsoring Broker must also have an active MLS subscription.
Non-Licensed Assistant Applications
Have an assistant? BCSRMLS offers MLS access to non-licensed assistants. With this access, assistants will be able to enter and maintain a broker or agent's listings under their profile. See pricing.
