Area Housing Statistics are updated monthly, typically around the 15th. BCSRMLS Housing Reports are based on all residential listings entered into the Bryan-College Station Regional MLS. Texas REALTORS® Housing Reports are produced by Texas REALTORS® and reflect listings posted in MLSs across the state of Texas.

If any infographics are used for commercial purposes, we ask that the Bryan-College Station Regional Association of REALTORS® be credited as the source. At this time, we do not post previous months’ statistics publicly; however, they are available upon request via email.
