Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program (TRLP)

Ready to grow as a leader? The Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program (TRLP) is designed for motivated individuals who want to strengthen their leadership skills while connecting with others in the industry. This program offers a flexible, hands-on learning experience built around collaboration, growth, and real-world application.

What to Expect

TRLP includes eight in-person sessions held throughout the year. Each module features a mix of interactive learning opportunities, including expert speakers, group discussions, and leadership activities focused on the key issues impacting Texas REALTORS®.

The program wraps up with a graduation ceremony, where participants are recognized with a certificate and TRLP pin.
