NEW MEMBER ASSOCIATION
& MLS ORIENTATION
THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING BCS
Depending on your type of membership, you will be required to complete our New Member Orientations. We have one for Association Members and one for MLS Members. If you are a part of both, both Orientations will be required.
New Member Association Orientation
The Association New Member Orientation is required to be attended in person.
In-Person Orientation
Our Association Orientation is offered quarterly at the BCS Association office. Hosted by our CEO, Board President, and MLS Board President, attendees will gain a comprehensive understanding of the services, benefits, and resources available through the BCS Association of REALTORS®. Attendance includes the required NAR Code of Ethics training, ensuring all members understand professional standards and responsibilities. The orientation includes interactive sessions and a break during which Premier Affiliates have the opportunity to speak with members. Attendees can ask questions and engage directly with our leadership and affiliates. Lunch is provided for in-person participants.
Association Orientation is required to be completed within 120 days of joining.

New Member MLS
Orientation
In-Person Orientation
Our MLS New Member Orientation is offered every other week and provides a focused introduction to the MLS Rules & Regulations as well as Tips for using our MLS and offerings available to our members.
MLS Orientations is required to be completed within 30 days of joining.

Virtual Orientation
While we encourage you to attend our in-person MLS Orientation, we understand REALTORS® have busy schedules. To accommodate, we also provide an online option for MLS Orientation ONLY. You’ll begin by watching a video, followed by a short quiz. Once you pass the quiz, your results will be automatically recorded with BCSRMLS, completing your New Member MLS Orientation requirement.
