NEW MEMBER ORIENTATION
THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING BCS
To help you begin or continue your real estate career, we offer in-person and virtual MLS orientation options. This is a required course for all new MLS members. If you have any questions, please email Elizabeth Maxwell.
The Association New Member Orientation is required to be attended in person.
In-Person Orientation
Our Association Orientation is offered quarterly at the BCS Association office. Hosted by our CEO, Board President, and MLS Board President, attendees will gain a comprehensive understanding of the services, benefits, and resources available through the BCS Association of REALTORS®. Attendance includes the required NAR Code of Ethics training, ensuring all members understand professional standards and responsibilities. The orientation includes interactive sessions and a break during which Premier Affiliates have the opportunity to speak with members. Attendees can ask questions and engage directly with our leadership and affiliates. Lunch is provided for in-person participants.
Our MLS New Member Orientation is offered every other week and provides a focused introduction to the MLS Rules & Regulations.

Virtual Orientation
While we encourage you to attend our in-person orientation, we understand REALTORS® have busy schedules. To accommodate, we also provide an online option. You’ll begin by watching a video, followed by a short quiz. Once you pass the quiz, your results will be automatically recorded with BCSRMLS, completing your New Member Orientation requirement.
